Review and terms

We look at the record before pricing it, then agree and paper terms within a week of the first conversation.

Prepare and approve

Extraction, preparation, and anonymization, ending in approval of what has been produced.

Payment

Net 30 to 60 from approval. Typically $100K to $2M paid by us to the company.

Extraction

The material named in the licence is pulled once from the systems it lives in. Scope was fixed before signing.

Preparation

The record is organised into something usable. This is where identifying fields come out.

Approval

Nothing is final until the prepared data is approved. Payment terms run from that point, not from signature.

Settlement

Net 30 to 60 once the data has been approved, shared, and anonymized.
